Atlanta travel times can vary significantly depending on traffic, events, and time of day.

THE SPACE
Billorose House is arranged as a two-level duplex-style home, but when you reserve this listing, your group receives exclusive use of BOTH levels, whole house.
Each level has its own living space and kitchen, creating a flexible setup that feels more comfortable.

House Rules
• Booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the full reservation.
• ID verification and signed agreement required before check-in.
• Registered guests only; no third-party bookings.
• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
• Up to 2 daytime visitors with prior approval; visitors must leave by 9:30 PM.
• No pets or animals.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Quiet hours must be respected.
• Best suited for children age 10+.
• Meeting room is for approved corporate stays only.
• Check-in after 4:00 PM; checkout before 11:00 AM.

A TV is located in the main living area of each level, while bedrooms are intentionally kept quieter for better rest.

TWO LIVING AREAS
The upper-level living room offers a peaceful gathering area for conversation, relaxing, and spending time together.
The lower level provides an additional living space, giving larger groups more flexibility during longer stays.
One part of your group can relax while another works, reads, talks, or enjoys quiet time without everyone having to share the same room.

TWO KITCHENS
One of the most useful features of the whole-home setup is having two kitchens.For longer stays, families, colleagues, or groups with different schedules, having a second kitchen can make everyday living considerably more convenient.
It is particularly helpful when two households or groups are traveling together but prefer some independence.

RESTFUL BEDROOMS
Sleeping spaces are prepared with comfort and rest in mind.
The premium mattresses, soft bedding, and a peaceful atmosphere designed to help guests unwind after full workdays, events, or sightseeing.
Rather than filling bedrooms with unnecessary electronics, we intentionally focus on creating calm sleeping environments.

Complimentary Meeting Room for Corporate Stays
A private meeting room may be available free of charge for approved corporate or business travelers with a work-related need.
It is not available for family vacations, leisure stays, parties, or general guest use. Advance request and business verification may be required.

Billorose House is particularly well suited for guests visiting Atlanta for work.
The property offers a quiet residential environment where guests can focus during the day and relax comfortably afterward.
Guests have access to a dedicated workspace, reliable home-style amenities, and multiple living areas that allow colleagues to spread out instead of working from beds or competing for the same table.
The two-level configuration can also work especially well for project teams, consultants, traveling professionals, relocation stays, university visitors, and colleagues who want to share accommodations while maintaining personal space.
FAMILY & MULTI-GENERATIONAL STAYS
The home's two-level configuration can also be very convenient for families.
Parents, grandparents, adult children, couples, or extended family members can travel together while still having separate areas of the home.
Having two living rooms and two kitchens can make longer family visits considerably more comfortable.
Please note that the home contains stairs and glass furnishings. For this reason, it is best suited for older children, generally age 10 and above, rather than babies and very young children.

The property is located on Atlanta's west side with convenient highway access to many of the city's major employment, university, business, sports, and entertainment areas.
