We use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out and abide by the enhanced cleaning protocol.

TVs: Please bear in mind that we do not offer cable. Guests will be able to hook up their own streaming service on our Roku device.

Damage protection: The $39 charge listed as ''Administrative fee'' on your quote covers you for accidental damages. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For smoking odor removal, we will still charge the deposit

Please note that if you are using Expedia, and are bringing pets, we will need to collect $150 for pet fee after the reservation is confirmed. We only allow 1 dog under 40lb.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.
