Away from the home, you’ll find yourself in close proximity to major highways such as I-75 and the Marietta Loop, transporting you off to new destinations whether you’re in search of a little retail therapy or a new dining destination.



Back at the home, step through the front door and into cozy spaces welcoming you in to spend your well-earned downtime relaxing with loved ones. The living room offers plush sectional sofa seating along with a smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. A secondary living space next to the kitchen offers comfortable armchairs designed for catching up on casual conversation.



The elegant dining table seats 6 for family style meals and game nights alike, while you’ll find additional seating at the kitchen counter for 2 for quick and casual bites. • Driveway and street parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Property does have carbon monoxide detectors throughout, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located at the front door, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is located at the rear of the home, actively monitoring the deck and backyard.
