Welcome to Kirkwood, one of the safest and walkable neighborhoods in Intown Atlanta! Our spacious Craftsman home is the perfect place for your family or group of friends. Park the car for a charge on our EV Level 2 charger while you wander through our peaceful residential neighborhood less than 10 min to restaurants, or hop in for 10 minute drive to the Aquarium, Georgia World Congress Center, State Farm & Mercedes Benz stadiums.

Please note that all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are no ground floor sleeping accommodations, so our place may not be the best fit for people with limited mobility.

The house has 3 full bathrooms. We'll have fresh linens and towels ready for you, as well as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and ironing equipment.

====== KITCHEN =====

Cooking in-house is a breeze with a fully appointed chef's kitchen! It's well stocked with a drip coffee maker, coffee, pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.

Other amenities include:
- Super-fast WIFI throughout the home
- Iron & ironing board
- Washer & dryer

====== NEIGHBORHOOD =====

Downtown Kirkwood is "the small town in the big city". Visitors also have a host of shopping and dining options at their disposal, including: day spas, furniture galleries, gift shops, restaurants, bars, a wine store, coffee shops, real estate offices, professional/creative spaces, salons, dance studios, yoga studios, and more.

Oakhurst Village is filled with some fabulous restaurants. You just have to walk or drive to the intersection of East Lake Drive and Oakview Drive and you will be in the heart of the Oakhurst Village with restaurants and patio dining on every corner.

Our home is within a mile of three dining and shopping centers, including Oakhurst Village, Kirkwood, and the new 2nd and Hosea development, making it eminently walkable. To get downtown, you'll drive ten minutes or so. Our house has offstreet driveway parking available for 2 cars.

Atlanta is a "car-city"! We recommend renting or bringing a car for getting around the city. Parking is plentiful at the house and relatively cheap around the city as well.

We are opening our home to you and in return ask that you care and respect our home, neighbors and community.

We welcome guests that are:
- Aged 25 and over
- Not local
- Rental agreement required
- ID required
- Security deposit required ($500.00)

===== NO SMOKING INSIDE / NO GATHERINGS =====

Violation of house rules is grounds for immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.

Want to bring your pup? He or she is welcome and we have a great fenced backyard for them to enjoy! Please note we allow only one dog for the property as the owner is allergic to cats.
