The space
Enjoy our beautiful home! This family and dog-friendly home is perfect for families & professionals. Featuring an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard is a fully fenced area with an awesome outdoor hangout. The outdoor hangout is covered and filled with seating, outdoor dining table, cornhole and mounted TV. Perfect for enjoying good weather, sports, TV, and gas grill.

The property is minutes away from Truist Park, Downtown Marietta, and close proximity to Atlanta based events.

The space
Open floor plan featuring tons of natural lighting. Large hangout space inside, with sectional, bar seating and the dining room table all in one large room. Outdoor hangout space is the attraction of the property, particularly on warmer days. Covered carport including outdoor sectional, seating, mounted TV, cornhole, grill and fenced in backyard perfect for dogs.


Kitchen: Fully stocked, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, blender, and coffee station.


Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
King Suite: A spacious retreat with a King bed, mounted TV, and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Full dresser for longer stays. Smart charging stations on both bed side tables.


Secondary Primary Suite - King bed, actually the largest room in the house with walk in closet, mounted TV, and working desk. Smart charging stations on both bed side tables.


Queen Suite: Located in the back of the house near the other bedrooms. Comfy, with it's own walk in closet and dresser. Smart charging stations on both bed side tables.


Outdoor Living: The most fun part of the property. Covered carport with hanging string lights for night time. Hangout area includes large sectional, egg chair, outdoor dining table, 70 inch mounted TV, cornhole boards and propane Weber grille. Surrounded by a fenced in backyard.


Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide a Pack ‘n Play


Guest access
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire single-story home, including the front and backyard. Self check-in is available via our smart lock system, allowing for convenient and keyless entry.


Other things to note
Wi-Fi & Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, perfect for streaming or remote work. The living room, bedrooms and carport all have mounted TVs. WiFi is AT&T Fiber.


Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, there are two security cameras outside the property. One Ring camera on the front door, and one Ring Camera / Sensor Light above the carport (Looking out into the driveway, not into the actual a carport). Two smart locks - One on the front door and side door. Both with keyless entry and pad code that only your code will work for. Sliding glass door in the back has it's own traditional lock.


Provided for Your Stay: We provide fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a starter supply of coffee grounds and filters, and laundry detergent for the in-unit washer and dryer. Laundry is located inside of the carport.

Strict no-smoking policy ($150 fine).

Dogs only. $50 per dog per stay.

Our guests have access to the entire property. You and your loved ones will be the only ones on property while you are enjoying it.
