A TYPICAL WEEKEND AT THE GARDEN OF EDEN:
Friday Evening — Guests arrive throughout the afternoon. Welcome drinks on the deck or around the fire pit while everyone settles in. The full kitchen is stocked and ready if you want to cook dinner together, or order in to the gazebo.
Saturday — Big breakfast together, then split up to explore Atlanta (the airport is just 14 minutes away). Afternoon back at the estate—some gather for pool tournaments in the game room while others relax by the fire. Dinner at one of the nearby spots, then reconvene for movie night in the private cinema.
Sunday — Coffee and conversation outside before a relaxed checkout. Everyone leaves feeling like they actually spent time together.

Lead guest requirement: The person who booked the reservation must be present at check-in. This protects every group that stays here.

House Policies:
• No pets allowed (if a pet is found on the property, a $250 fee will apply and may result in termination of the stay)
• No smoking inside the home; smoking is permitted outside near the fire pit
• Quiet hours after 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors
• Exterior security cameras are present for safety; no interior cameras anywhere
• The theater room's exterior door is for emergency egress only—please keep both doors closed during your stay to prevent insects and maintain climate control
• No parking on grass. Do not block driveways. Do not park in front of neighboring homes.
