• Pool heating: $100/day (must be for entire stay)
• Pool hours: 8am–10pm
• No smoking indoors or patio near the house — $1000 fee for violations
• Smoking allowed only in the Fox Den gazebo away from the house

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the main house (~2900 sq ft).
The basement is not included.

• Check out: 10am
• Late checkout: $100 until 12pm (if available); daily rate after 4pm

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay.

Exterior Ring cameras are located around the perimeter, in the garage, and in the Fox Den.
