Please note... I live in a family oriented neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon with the owner, please NO loud parties or events in the home or you will be asked to leave. There is also an additional $200 fee that will applied for events/parties/ gatherings to cover for damages and extra cleaning fees to be sure the home stays in tip top condition.

You will be able to access the whole house with exception to the basement, garage and attic.
Other things to note
For the safety of the cleaning team and future guests ( Due to COVID 19); Before checkout, please make sure all dishes are cleaned or placed in the dishwasher. Also, please collect all trash and place in the green trash can located on the side of the house. Respectfully, clean up after yourself! This is my home, not a Motel
