”I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water.
The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay.
Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization.
Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com.

Hi! We arrived to hotel around 5:20pm and did our check in. We were suprised when they said that they don’t have room available. After discussion they promised the room for us if we wait 5 minutes. We ended up waiting almost an hour and our room was still not ready. So they ended up giving us different and lower grade room than we booked. ”Desk clerks were super friendly. My room and the breakfast area were exceptionally clean. Towels and bedsheets were stained, but clean. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and toothbrush and toothpaste offered at the front desk if requested. Beware- hidden fees. $100 deposit and $25 a night parking fee. ”

”Was in Atlanta for the Shaky Knees music festival
They suggest this is midtown, but there is about a quarter mile walk before you actually get into the nice district that is midtown
But if you have the ability to walk or Uber, you are absolutely not far from lots of activity”

”I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. ”
