”Young people at the reception were looking at the screen while talking to you. No apologies for reasonable complaints or requests. Not rude exactly but close and definitely indifferent.
The ”Skyline view” we paid extra for was towards bushes of a big park, a 5 store apartment building and the fancier hotel towers next door.
Shower gel, shampoo etc. pump-bottles on the wall were replaced with 1 single-use shampoo and conditioner. For 2 people. No shower gel.

”Kimpton Sylvan was a nice & quiet 2 night stay. Guest relations staff was very warm, friendly, & helpful - all of them! I enjoyed the amenities around the hotel esp, the arboretum, pool side, fitness ctr, and all the spaces to sit throughout. The rooms were spacious and clean. Initially, the sink was stopped up in my room, but the staff made quick efforts & fixed it. I will definitely stay again.”
