The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. Reverb by Hard Rock Atlanta Downtown
Room could have been cleaner in the bathroom. Overall a good place to stay right by the stadium, arena and Congress Center.
