We had a great stay at this property! We were in the area for the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield. Having stayed at a different property of Nyccole's last year, we knew we would be happy with it. Comfortable beds, great linens, well equipped for our needs. Highly recommend this host!

Tile just slapped up, not even straight with mismatched grout slipped in, dirty/missing caulk around the toilet & wires for the tv just sticking out of the wall. This operator is doing a great disservice to the holiday inn brand. ...
