”Positives: location, sunrise, cleanilinessNegatives: While the renovations are a positive, it has not been finished. Needs new pots and pans, knives, coffee table, door repainted and opening of door working . The water pressure in the bath is terrible and although there was a problem with the kitchen sick, that was addressed. ”

”The view of the ocean from our third floor was wonderful and we loved leaving the screened patio doors open to hear the sound of the waves while we slept. Access to the beach and the pool was easy. We appreciated the fact that building has a bin for recyclables.”

”Quick overnight for wedding. Incredible views and nice community. Even with elevator, there was a flight of stairs- which would not be an issue for 99 percent of folks- but I had a sprained ankle The views were incredible and the condo is very well appointed .The condo mgr was fabulous- we were a last minute booking and she was so responsive.Would highly recommend ”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Island condo. It was very clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view that made for a truly relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described and well-maintained. The only small downside was that the couch wasn’t very comfortable for movie nights, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we’d happily return.”

”Our unit had fantastic views of the ocean and wonderful proximity for hearing the surf! We enjoyed the unit, were very comfortable and our beagle, Gracie Mae, was right at home. There is a grassy area right out the front and back sliders. This is definitely the unit in Captain’s Court you want to stay in if you love the beach and ocean :)”
