3303 Asbury Ave. Upea sijainti Ocean Cityssä. 1200 neliöjalkaa. 2. kerroksen huoneisto. Hiljainen - ei yksiköitä ylä- tai alapuolella. Hyvin hiljainen. Aurinkoinen nurkkahuoneisto. Myöhäinen kassalle on saatavana Labor Day Weekend.

Vuodenaikojen ulkopuolella vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet voidaan toimittaa lisämaksusta. Vuodenaikojen ulkopuolella 10% alennus hinnoista viikon tai pidempään oleskeluun. Sisään- ja uloskirjautumisajat ovat joustavia myös sesongin ulkopuolella.

Rannalla varustetut varusteet (sateenvarjo ja hiekan ankkuri, vartalon levyt, tuolit ja kärry).

Tuuleton jäähdytysjärjestelmä, jossa kaukosäädin, jokaiseen huoneeseen sopivaksi.

Helppo kävelymatka rannalle (katso video nähdäksesi todellisen kävelymatkan). Yksi korttelin päässä tenniskentältä ja leikkikentältä (katso Kartta valokuvassa -osiossa). Rautatievaunu pysähtyy vain puolen korttelin päässä.

Äskettäin uusittu vieraskylpy. Yksityinen mestari kylpy. Erillinen oma sisäänkäynti makuuhuoneeseen. Auringon huone. Astianpesukone. Täysi pesukone ja kuivaaja. Smart TV: n jokaisessa huoneessa (perhehuoneessa on HD-kaapeli). 3 DVD-soitinta. Äskettäin uusittu ulkosuihku. Parketit viime aikoina viimeistelty uusilla aluemattoilla.

Kadun toisella puolella "Sandwich Bar" ja "Herkut ja aarteet" (katso kuvia) Muut ravintolat A Block Away.

Lähes kaikki päivittäiset tarvikkeet sisältyvät: paperipyyhkeet, wc-paperi, pehmopaperit, keittiön roskapussit, pyykinpesuaine ja astianpesuaine.

Kadun pysäköinti. Täytyy tuoda omat pyyhkeet ja lakanat. Kokonaissummaan lisätään 70 dollarin siivousmaksu. 1 kuningatar 6 kaksoset

Toukokuun ja syyskuun viikonloppuisin vaaditaan vähintään 2 yön oleskelu.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great—one block from the beach and quiet, but close to a sandwich shop, ice cream shop, and Italian restaurant, and a few blocks from a playground, sundry store, and Wawa/7-11. We were here during the shoulder season and had no trouble finding parking right in front. It’s a few minutes’ drive to the Boardwalk. The condo was cheerful and comfortable and nicely stocked with handy items at this time (there were paper products, spices, hand soap, dishwasher/laundry soap). We liked that there were 6 twin beds—worked great for a mix of kids of different ages/genders. The host’s communication was clear and helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great week!

A good place to stay within walking distance of the beach! We appreciated and used the stocked kitchen utensils and crock pot! It was extremely helpful and saved room in the car to have the beach chairs and wagons available to use. It was super cozy and plenty of room for our group. It’s also an easy bike ride to the boardwalk. Great location! I would absolutely recommend staying! Only downfall is the cleaning. Long hairs on the kitchen sponge when we walked in the door, lots of dirt and dust on floor and mattresses. For the price it was really great overall! I recommend for babies as well. A bin of toys and games on site.

We stayed four nights and it was ok, really enjoyed the location otherwise there is a lot to be desired on the property. If you want to be sitting outside, just be prepared to be disappointed as most of the chairs are broken. If you’re allergic to mold be prepared.

We were disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The best way to describe it would be so say it is 'tired.' The furniture was shabby & dirty, some has peeling paint. I don't think the cleaning crew has done a good job for quite some time. The master bath floor is disgusting, baseboards full of hair and dust. We dropped an item and it rolled under the plaid couch in the sitting room. When we retrieved it we found under the couch was full of dust. The place could benefit by a good scrub and clean, refreshed furniture and accessories. Nightlights would be helpful, as they would make it easier and safer while going to the bathroom in the night. The existing lights were very bright! We were not able to access cable broadcasting (there sure were enough remote controls which confused us) but we watched Netflix for the most part. There is a need for the remotes to be marked to reflect usage.On the plus side, the heating and cooling were very responsive and the master bed was very comfortable.

We liked the place, and it was convenient to all. We were disappointed with Ocean City's rendition of Girls Weekend.The Fashion show and a Commy Con Convention was not what we expected from the Girl's Weekend, but we had a great time with Friends. We will go back to this place in Ocean City but not for Girls Weekend in Ocean City. We had a blast with our friends at our VRBN

It was not clean. Dirty bra in bedroom, Hair in shower, kitchen cabinets dirty (esp trash bin). Place looked old and unkept. It could be a nice place with a good refresh. The location is good.

Was a nice time and perfect location. Added perk was our fur babies could come! Very much like a home away from home with enough amenities to make some meals in and enough space for a larger group but still felt cozy. 2 suggestions with the most important being first - the master bedroom definitely needs a new matress. This is the single only complaint. Actually slept in one of the twin beds one night which was 100% more comfortable and slept good. The other is minor but I think renters would appreciate it, especially those who like to cook family meals in a few nights of their stay. That is to get a crock pot. Nice to spend all day on the beach and come home to cooked dinner :) I noticed you have a blender, waffle maker, etc. but I think this is a much more needed appliance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!!!

Location and condo was perfect. Only thing didn't realize the amount of stairs to condo, mom had a little issue. Then inside there was a small step down from living room to living room (which wasn't obvious) and my mom tripped and fell hurting her back. We made it through but all in all we loved the place.

This condo is exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet and a block from the beach and Wawa, parks and the 5 & 10. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. I would definitely book again.

This is an adorable condo-like unit, situated above a real estate co (had a bit of trouble finding it in dark), close to beach and short drive to boardwalk. There is a bit of an ocean view from sitting room, which was nice bonus. Fabulous location for fun and relaxing get-a-way. Unit has tv's in everyroom (all the remotes were a bit confusing). Furniture all clean and comfy. Would definitely rent again if in area!

My son and our dogs enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great location near the 34th street park. You can even view the ocean from the small porch in front.
