Basketball Tournament

Great spot for wellness retreat
We had 13 people in the house, and it was a fabulous location for our retreat. We used all parts of the house for our sessions and the kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our group. We would love to host another retreat when the pool and hot tub are open.

Making memories
This is the third time that we have stayed at this beautiful house. We are 7 couples that have been friends for 40 plus years. The house is perfect for us. Enough space to accommodate all of us. Great location. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the backyard and multiple decks. It is also close to the beach so we were able to take a long walk on the beach. Another perk is being close to Atlantic City that we were able to go and enjoy the boardwalk and casino for a few hours. The host was easy to contact and got back quickly with questions we had. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to making more memories here!

Great Stay!
We have a family reunion every year around the holidays where we spend a day and have dinner at Smitheville. Now that most of the "kids" are older we try to make a long weekend out of it and go to AC for dinner and the casinos. This house was the perfect spot for us. It was big with a lot of shared spaces, but also had plenty of bedrooms and enough space to get away from the rest of the group if you wanted too. The kitchen was huge a great for having a shared breakfast and lunch. There were decks and windows everywhere that really made us all want to be here in the Summer. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The instructions were easy and the owner very accomodating. We highly recommend it!!

Stunning Property- so many en-suites
Pros- gorgeous and immaculately clean, large house-lots of space, large bedrooms, multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, elevator, amazing laundry room, great location for proximity to AC. Cons-for families, it is a long walk to the ocean and it is not a guarded beach. There are limited ocean views from the house, but it is still beautiful. We LOVED our stay here. The ultimate luxury beach house, perfect for groups. We will be back.

This is a truly great property!! Plenty of room, wonderful location, super-clean, and absolutely perfect for getting together with friends and family. We watched the Big East Tournament, played games, put together a puzzle, cooked, and walked on the beach. Everyone slept well because it is so quiet. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!! Best birthday celebration ever!
I rented the house for 8 of my best friends to gather to celebrate my 50th birthday. This was my first rental through VRBO and the owner was incredible from the start! He was very responsive, answering my inquiries in a very reasonable time period. The house was provided as promised; my friends were so delighted! The elevator was a huge hit, I had so many decorations and it fit on the elevator. The kitchen was spectacular; I hired a private chef and he worked wonders in the kitchen. The house is situated off of the main road which affords you peace and quiet yet it is close to nearby amenities. The views are incredible; we were lucky that in February, we had a warm morning where we enjoyed our mimosas on the deck and soaked in the sun. I highly recommend this place!

Holiday in Brigantine
I couldn’t have asked for a better property to celebrate the holidays with my family. I rented the home because I wanted to do something special for my sons in the Military that were coming home for the holidays. I was initially a little apprehensive about celebrating the Christmas holiday away from home. But with everyone there, I quickly felt right at home. The house accommodated my family of 4, and the grandparents. Everyone was comfortable and had a wonderful time! We brought a lot of extra cooking items and found we didn’t need them as the house was very well equipped. The host, John was super helpful and responsive to all of my questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are already considering renting the property again!

My family and I stayed in this home to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The house was very impressive to each person who entered. The winding staircase, vaulted ceilings, and various windows were just some of the features that were well-appreciated. The house was spotless, and it was great that sheets and towels were supplied. We had a lot of food for our get-together, and the multiple refrigerators helped us keep everything well-refrigerated. The multiple tables and seating arrangements enabled our overnight and day guests the ability to all seat comfortably. The walk to the beach was relatively short, and it was a nice walk that we all enjoyed. The home is conveniently located to an Acme, liquor stores, and a dollar store. We ordered pizza one night from Bella Luna, and it was delicious. The first night was extremely windy, and it may have interfered with the internet. We called the property manager, and within 5 minutes, he responded and told us how to reset the modem. The internet was back up and working fabulously after that. This is a beautiful home that was ideal for our family gathering. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Beach House for Family & Friends
This house is well-located near the beach and was great for three families with space for adults to be a bit away from the kids and a huge open second floor, kitchen, dining & living area. The house was fully stocked with indoor and outdoor towels, dishes for a small army, plenty of beach chairs, and toys and games. Would have given 5 stars had the house been cleaner. The sheets were clean, but the floors were not upon arrival and we had to vacuum early in the trip to pick up things the little ones could put in their mouths.

We stayed with our extended family and just loved this house. It is a beautiful property and a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The house was large enough for 20 people with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, cutlery and cooking gear. The kids loved the pool. My wife and I loved the third floor balcony. It is close to Atlantic City and we "Ubered" to dinner in AC several nights. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The property manager is great. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Extended family, every Christmas, would start in with the “let’s rent a house” stuff! Never did, everyone always had a reason it wouldn’t work, couldn’t make it, etc. So, I found this gem and booked it, invited everyone to come and they all did! Amazing week, amazing house. Three 83 year olds? 13 year old just tore her ACL? Elevator. Two college age nieces that hate sand? Pool. Want to eat in? Great kitchen with TONS of great seating. Spaces for everyone to get away. At night, the view of Atlantic City is great. The only downside is it’s at the end of the beach where trucks pull out there and the truck crowd made the girls uncomfortable. But, overall, it was great. We’d rent it again next summer if it were free!
