”First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel

”The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. The location is excellent , about a block or two to the beach and also to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking is included, as are 2 beach tags. The pool is great and a nice feature. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend.”

”Didn't even stay at the property as far as I know they're still charging us we checked in turned on air conditioning which should have been on. We went out for the evening , came back only to find black stuff over the chair and ottoman which probably came from Air conditioning could not and would not stay went to the office told the employee we were leaving showed her the problem we were having she went checked out the room and said she would talk to her manager about a refund haven't heard...

”The room worked out great for the price. No roaches, no bed bugs, no undesirable people hanging around. The room does have an odd smell. I witnessed the staff cleaning all the rooms when people checked out. The room was dated, but for my needs it was perfectly fine. Overall I liked it.”
