”I am a traveler and I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels but i know how to rate them because I truly understand what is expected depending on the situation. That being said this place is a wonderful vacation spot. Perfect for what you should want in a "hotel". These are 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom houses with a kitchen. There a fold up bed outside the bedroom for guest. Washer and Dryer. Clean, fancy, hardwood floors, private and Very spacious. This place is not really for solo travelers...

”The property was listed accurately. The response time with the management was extremely quick. Despite being there in March (lol) the location was perfect. Beach access just a few steps away. Location felt very safe and accessible with quick access to casinos and night life offered nearby.”

”The house was nice and spacious but i wish it was mentioned on the description that the upstairs and downstairs don't connect. Basically it is 2 separate apartments on top of each other. We made it work although definitely needed more cookware since it was alot of us. Not to children friendly with several extra large mirrors sitting around. Overall very nice clean and enjoyed the house we just had to split the group into 2 and go upstairs to check on our older kids often.”

”Overall - it was a very clean, pleasant experience. One confusion, we thought there were 3 bathrooms since the listing stated 3. One of the bathrooms was an outside shower which is only a shower. Several of us had the same confusion. It would be clearer if the listing started 2 bathrooms and an outside shower. Other than that, the place was great location, very clean, easy check-in, and the owners were very attentive.”

”The place was very clean but I have a couple of suggestions. When stocking the place make sure there is enough toilet paper, there was no laundry detergent as stated in your book we had to go buy some. The pans were very used and food continued to stick to them even after trying to coat them with your olive oil. We understand your checkin is at 4pm but if the house is available and they ask if possible could they come in at 3pm charging for the time is a little hard to sallow. Hotels usually...

”We loved this rental house! Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, amazing clean home with tons of space! Would definitely recommend and return! My only negative was that there was construction next door, but it didn’t end up bothering us much at all. It looked like the construction should be completed soon.”

”The property is a little away from the actual boardwalk where all the attractions are, but you get the calm view of the water body right across your room and the beautiful sunset is a bonus. ”
