"We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, tasty reasonably priced snacks and drinks and excellent service. Comfortable beds, big TV, fast self-checkout and reliable Wi-Fi were also positives. However, the room had several issues: the AC dripped water inside, was noisy and so was the small fridge. The room, though upgraded, on the 7th floor, was dark and offered a disappointing view of a parking building. The bathroom floor was slippery due to some oily residue. Elevator service was poor, despite having several elevators, we queued and waited over 10 minutes to go up or down. Overall, the location is great with the boardwalk nearby and the price was competitive for the area."
