We normally stay here when arriving departing the airport depending on our flight. Usually, it is fine and sooth check in and room is good. This time, when we got to our room, there were dirty towels in the bathroom and used cups on the sink and when i went to the desk to advise them it was extremely busy and I didn't have time to wait. We were very disappointed, but we still do like the hotel and will be back in hopes that this won't happen again.
