Please note that to reach the property from street level you must use a lift which requires a €1 coin to operate and then climb 80 steps.

1) Access to the terrace is prohibited for children under 12 years of age unless accompanied by adults;
2) From 00:00 you are asked not to make noise on the terrace, respecting the silence hours;
3) Every time you leave the house and in the evening before going to sleep, the umbrella must be closed;
4) The deposit for damaged or lost badges is €20 each.
