”Room was very large! We had 2 queens and a sofa bed and it was like the size of 2+ rooms! It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent with a number of hot and cold options.”

”We arrived at 2:35 pm and tried to check in. Normally we can pay an early arrival fee in these situations but we were not even given that option. I asked to check in and was rudely told I can be checked in after about 25 minutes and then the rude lady walked away.
We went back out to our vehicle and waited. Went back in to check in after 25 mins. There was food and dirt all over the mat on the way in, all through the lobby, and even all over the rug in the elevator. Once we got to the room all...

”I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room.I was there 8 days. By the end of my stay, you could write your name in the dust on the facial tissue holder. Used towels would be picked up; replacements not left. The shower was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk for facial tissues & toilet paper when mine ran out. The TV is extremely frustrating! You can't go directly to a channel using the remote. The guide scrolls endlessly but you can't select any shows from it.The quide...
