”We liked the house and enjoyed the space. My only complaints would be that the yard was not mowed and the front porch was covered in army worms. There were no trash bags and no extra toilet paper. If these are things that are not a part of the amenities it needs to be listed. But overall it was a good place to stay for the wedding we attended at a near by venue. ”

”Staff at reception wasn't as welcoming as almost everywhere else, not rude but got the vibe of "what are you doing in here". Also gave us the room from the furthest corner of the building, felt like there was something personal although wouldn't know why. But otherwise everything was ok, nice and clean room but a bit outdated. Pool was nice.”

”I had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus McKinney! The service was absolutely top tier. Everyone was so accommodating and made me feel genuinely cared for from check-in to check-out. Patel went above and beyond, answering all of my questions and even introducing me to the best coffee in Texas right in the breakfast area! It did not disappoint! I’ll definitely be staying here again.”

”Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Coffee always lukewarm. Table legs very shakey. Unsafe to put anything on it. Chair adjusters broken. Chair difficult to sit on. Great room, great price. You should have a change machine or stock change for laundry room. No one carries a coffee can of change to feed your pricey machines.”

"Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice when it was open."
