The door self locks, so always be sure to bring your keys with you when you leave.

If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once you have checked-in.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.

- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
