We are delighted to welcome you to our spacious and fully-equipped Master Guest Suite, located in the desirable Albany/Rosedale area of Auckland’s vibrant North Shore. Whether you’re travelling as a family, visiting for business, or simply exploring the area, our suite offers a peaceful and private retreat with all the comforts of home.

Designed for comfort and convenience, our suite comfortably hosts 2-3 guests and can accommodate up to 4 with additional sleeping arrangements, including a sofa bed. You’ll enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance and no shared living spaces.

The master bedroom is a luxurious haven featuring a California King Infinity King-Coil bed for an unparalleled sleep experience. Also an additional king single bed and sofa beds for extra guests, making this suite ideal for families or groups traveling together.The room offers ample space, a large cloakroom with extensive storage, and a dressing table with full-length mirrors for added convenience. Relax and unwind with the 55-inch QLED Smart TV, complete with Netflix for unlimited entertainment.

The suite features a cozy living area combined with a simple kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, mini-oven, hobs, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, and full kitchen utensils. A convenient drinking tap is installed at the counter for easy access to fresh water. A spacious 240L fridge is located in the hallway, perfect for storing food and beverages.

Our large, modern bathroom offers dual vanities, a luxurious bathtub for relaxation, and a spacious shower. For added convenience, there’s a washing tub for dishwashing and a washing machine for your laundry needs.

A shared dryer is available for all guests and is located in the front yard under the covered sunshade area. If you wish to use the dryer, please bring your washed items to the front yard. As this is a shared facility, we kindly ask that you be considerate of other guests and collect your laundry promptly once the cycle has finished so others may use it. For everyone’s comfort, the dryer may only be used between 7:00am and 9:00pm.

Guests can now enjoy our shared outdoor awning deck, equipped with a full set of table and chairs. This space is exclusively shared between Unit C and Unit D guests. Feel free to relax in the fresh air, but please be mindful of others using the deck. You can lower the roll-down curtain for more privacy without disturbing your neighbors. To keep the space peaceful, we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am and only use this area during the day please.

We now have a baby cot (95cm length) and a child’s desk with chair available upon request. Perfect for families traveling with young children — the baby cot provides a cozy sleeping space, and the desk set is great for reading, drawing, or study time.

On-site parking is available with two designated spaces inside the property for guests. If both spaces are occupied, additional parking is available on the street directly outside. The property is located on a quiet, dead-end residential street with plenty of parking spaces available during the day.

Our home is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and Rosedale park. Major shopping centers, Massey University, and supermarkets are just minutes away by car. Asian restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the National Hockey Stadium, are all within a 5-minute drive. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop conveniently located nearby.

We provide fresh linens, towels, and essential bathroom supplies. Upon arrival, you’ll find complimentary milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and bottled water to make you feel right at home.

To ensure a peaceful and welcoming environment, we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am and refrain from hosting parties or events. Before checking out, we kindly request that you clean dishes, tidy up, and dispose of rubbish.
