Hyvää: Majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
We stayed at Quest on Beaumont for three nights. The room itself was quite spacious and had all the necessary facilities and features, and it was especially nice that we could watch movies for free. The hotel was also only a short walk away from the supermarket and from the town centre. However, on the very first day, we noticed several small ants in our room and more appeared on the following days. They even invaded a bag of sweets I had forgotten slightly open on the kitchen counter. The reception did give us some bug spray upon request, which did help the ant issue a bit, but the strong chemical smell of the spray was not very pleasant, either. We did complain about the issue again and while the staff expressed their apologies about the ants, I do feel that they could have taken the issue and our comfort more seriously. Of course, the small ants are not dangerous or anything, but you do not really want to live with them when you are having a holiday abroad.
