Ti Cottage Oneroa | Stay Waiheke

Summary:
Ti Cottage is a beautifully presented holiday cottage within easy reach of Oneroa village, two beaches and the passenger ferry from downtown Auckland. Walk to the village in 5 minutes... car optional!

The Space:
This freshly renovated, sun filled home has three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests plus a sleepout with external access for an additional two guests. Ti Cottage has a lovely modern chef's kitchen,1.5 bathrooms and an open plan living area with comfortable seating and dining. The house opens to front and back decks with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas BBQ and a fully fenced flat back garden with a trampoline for the kids.

Bed Configuration: Master - Queen bed; Guest room 1 - Queen bed; Guest room 2 - Queen bed or two singles on request; Sleepout (external access and room only) - 1 x single bunk beds, 1 x double sofa bed

Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Ti Cottage. Rates are based on 6 guests with an additional fee of $50 per person, per night for up to 8. A compulsory charge of $240 applies to each stay for exit cleaning. and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, transport/tours, private chefs, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended.

The Neighborhood:
The close proximity to the ferry and village combined with the lovely new renovations make Ti Cottage a great choice for families, small groups of friends, or couples looking for a base to explore the amazing beaches, stunning coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants on Waiheke Island.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team at Stay Waiheke all live, work, and raise our families on Waiheke Island and we know well what makes this island so special. We look forward to sharing our local knowledge and assisting our guests with all aspects of their stay.
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
