”Very friendly and professional staff. Room clean and cosy but a bit small but adequate. The Christmas dinner was excellent …compliments to the chef!

”The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star .
The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel . ”

”I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌.
Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great.
Staff very friendly & helpful.
As a solo traveler i felt safe.
Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. ”
