The room was a little tired but ok for what we paid. We were hoping to get room service when we arrived but that didn’t appear to be a thing since there was no menu (or any other hotel information) in the room. We headed to the restaurant where we were waited on by a lovely young lady (Matilda?) ...

The key was missing from the key safe and having phoned the owner it turned out that a member of staff had walked off with the keys. Also no shower gel. With the kitchen being the other side of a vary thin wall i was awaken around 6am by noise in the communal kitchen.
