”For a 8 year old property i found it to be clean and maintained. I was impressed with the staff. Breakfast was on time and refilled multiple times. Even though working further away i extended my stay in this Fairfield.”

”The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned...

”The room was overall very dirty and the ice scoop was used as a dog food bowl that had dog food still in it. The Hallways were freaking of Vape and Marijuana smoke and the management really didnt care. It matters to a family that has allergies and No smoking permitted on property signs. It just feels like the management doesnt care about people who domt follow the rules. Everyone was permitted to smoke ans every exit was crowded with people hanging out at all hours of the night. ”Pretty run down. The first room we were given was in quite a bit of disrepair. We were moved to another room that was smaller and didn't have as many items needing repair. The breakfasts were nice. We did try to get sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch and was never able to catch the woman at the front desk to get those items.”

”The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel did need to be cleaned. Our room had used tissues when we checked in. The elevators needed a good clean.”

”Booked the wrong room but was able to upgrade for a small fee. The staff was helpful and the property was very well kept. Will definitely stay here again!!”

”Great little hotel , reasonably priced with great breakfast worth paying for. Close to stockyards with uber or park for 16 hours in car parks and come and go as you please within that time. Lovely Alexis on reception and the head lady in restaurant who was as great this time as she was 2 years ago !! Thank you for looking after us Only one thing I was disappointed with and that was the shuttle bus had stopped but none the less we would return - Debbie and Martin”
