”The staff were wonderful! We arrived very early morning after driving all night, and the staff did everything they could do to accommodate us - even telling housekeeping to let us sleep and not disturb without being asked. The beds were comfortable, AC was cold, good breakfast, and great coffee ”

”Check in was a delight. Had a familiar friendly and professional staff behind front desk. Unfortunatelu when checking out in the next morning, case was opposite, receptionist was unpolite and not at all customer friendly. And breakfast buffet was empty. Still once again nice stay.”

”Housekeeping needs to step it up bathtub had to be scrubbed prior to use”

”Not good. Employee at desk was not knowledgable about wifi and could not explain how to access it. Did not have coffee for the room even thou there is a coffee maker in the room. ”

”This was a very negative experience for us. Checked in ok, property wasn't great but looked serviceable. Looks can be deceiving! NO hot water. The front desk made excuses for threecdays. Found out another guest had been there for two weeks and the same issue. They were also told the repair was working on it. Or that is JUST went back out. Lies, lies and more lies. If the water had been fixed in a normal amount of time I could understand but the other probles were more noticeable due to this...

”I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel was so so dirty, and dated. The floors were nasty, the showers were nasty. The room was very hot and musty when we arrived. ”

”Night shift attendant was disrespectful and lying about my dog barking all day. Each time I had stopped by to check on my dog I couldn’t hear him from the parking lot all the way to the door to us opening it. He’s a German shepherd with a loud bark too. We believe someone had attempted to get into our room to get a reaction like that. Would not recommend anyone with pets.”
