”Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. ”

”The check-in process was easy. The staff was helpful with explaining all the amenities. Paying ahead for breakfast is a little different. I order it from their onsite restaurant and leave my room number. Compared to a buffet the portions are smaller, but the food is better and produces less waste. The room is well decorated and has some decent space. The TV is a nice size, and it has a space for my laptop with conveniently located electrical outlets. There is a nice lounger next to the window....

”Big room with multiple bathrooms, TV, and useful kitchen. Plenty of towels but could use better shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Overall satisfied, 8/10.”

”Otherwise ok but pool was not cleaned in months... very very dirty. Breakfast so so... Room big and clean, clean lobby , enough parking. Very ok for the price except the pool issue. I swan once but it did not feel good as the especially the bottom and also water looked so dirty ”

”It’s a nice hotel but they need to update the TV’s in the room make them smart TV there is only like 15 channels and you can’t get on netflix or other app even though the remotecontrol has netflix on it or we should be able to connect your phone but everything else is good only disappointment”

”bathroom sink , too slow to drain. Bed is too soft, Breakfast not very good. Staff was excellent. other than that, Really not worth the price.”

”Rooms were not clean, had visible water damage, bathroom had visible mold in bath tub and around the bathtub, floor was not even, even the nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke, front lobby and elevators smelt horrible. They were right next to a bar, which whad some questionable characters hanging around outside. They were doing work on the outside of the hotel, right in front of our room, at 8pm at night.”
