”From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!”

”The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on”

”Beautiful lobby with amazing first view of the resort and sea/sand. Every restaurant had great food and something for everyone. Pools were beautiful offering some quiet and some activities. But far and away the service and personal attention throughout the resort completes the experience. We have visited multiple times and are always blown away by the warmth and hospitality at Hyatt Ziva. Everything we want in a vacation!”

”Room was clean, only that that i didn't like was the position of the toilet. Couldn't sit straight and made it uncomfortable to use. Ocean view was amazing, I loved it! As far as pool, they are all beautiful but not well maintained. They looked dirty, the water looked green! It had lots of missing tiles. The swim out pool lounge chairs smelled like mildew and the mildew was visible.
All staff members were very attentive and friendly! Luis Martinez and Adrian Rojas had great customer service”
