Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful and well-equipped condo is located near the banks of Lake Travis and within a half-mile of the Point Venture Golf Club. When you book this two-story retreat, you are granted access to the community outdoor pool, tennis court, and basketball court for some outdoor fun. Plan a day trip to Austin, which is 40 miles away and hosts endless dining options, fantastic stores, souvenir shops, museums, the Texas Capitol, parks, and so much more! For the marine, the highlights are Captain Pete's boat house and the boat rental Liquid Thrillz.

As you enter this fantastic retreat, you are greeted by a bright and spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and dine-in kitchen. Spend tranquil evenings relaxing on the sofa watching your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming, or lounging on the balcony with views of the extensive lawn and partial views of the ocean in the distance. The balcony is also a great spot to dine alfresco Speaking of food, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes around. Find all the major appliances that will make cooking a breeze and even convenient gadgets such as a convection oven and a Keurig coffee maker. A designated laundry room with a washer/dryer could make your wishes of staying longer come true.

On the first floor, you will also find a private bedroom with a smart TV. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each one with a smart TV. The primary bedroom enjoys a private balcony with seating.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
