The Space:
Settle into a clean, thoughtfully designed two-story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—comfortable for 8 (max 10). The main living area offers an easy place to gather with free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for streaming. A laptop-friendly workspace makes it simple to check in with the office when needed. Step outside to your private backyard oasis with a pool and wellness sauna, plus an outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts. You’ll have central heat and A/C, keyless entry for smooth arrivals, and a private washer and dryer for longer stays.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle. Please note the driveway is very steep. Additional on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Plan accordingly as no extra parking is guaranteed beyond what’s described.
• Stairs: This is a two-story home; stairs are required. The primary bedroom is on the second floor.
• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this property.
• Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: About 3 minutes to Zilker Park; 5 minutes to South Congress (SoCo); 10 minutes to Downtown/6th Street/UT Campus; and 15 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. You can also walk to nearby coffee shops, brunch spots, food trucks, and local breweries.
