Local corner store is a 2min drive.

Enjoy this cozy private house that’s rich with natural sunlight in the daytime, and set up with moody color changing lights for the evening. You can enjoy cooking in the kitchen with a Viking gas stove top, and a beautiful garden view with floor to ceiling window. Find the bathroom boudoir behind the secret sliding door, and enjoy showering with a full floor to ceiling garden view, that’s set up with one way windows for privacy. Cool cement floors, open ceilings and ceiling fans in every room, an elevated round dining table you can enjoy meals or work on. Enjoy cooking in the disco kitchen morning or night, in an overal peaceful serene space.

You have access to the whole property (front yard/back yard). You can pick fresh herbs from the garden for your meals. The tiny house in our backyard is closed off for renovation-no one and nothing is inside. There’s a security gate for the property entrance and parking on driveway behind it.

Please note that the place is a tastefully organic wild jungleow–there are mosquitos, beetles, butterflies galore, toads, flys and critters. Mostly outside, and sometimes welcome themselves in when you leave the doors open. There are no screens on any windows for unobstructed garden views—imagine a highly elevated glamping experince, with essential oils, copal incense and Kitty Cat to help defuse. There’s a main AC unit that covers most of the house with additional help of ceiling fans, more clean air vs. coolness. A maximulistic bungalow that’s widely decorated to inspire and delight your radical stay in Austin 🌈

Note: you must live with and take care of Cat-our house lover protector. He’s super chill and mostly sleeps inside all day while also exploring outside.

I live here most of the time so all my cloths, books, precious things, artwork, and essentials are housed here. Everything can be enjoyed with care and should be left the way it was when you entered. Please plan to keep your cloths in luggage and stay out of the filled closets, drawers and curtains. No parties or large groups are allowed because there are a lot of valuable and delicate antiques that you'll be responsible for if disturbed, moved, broken or missing that add value to our vibe. I’ll also kindly ask you take anything you brought in (like snacks, drinks, rubbish) out with you. This is a perfectly decked out spot for solo travelers, wanderlusts, nomads and couples looking to enjoy the vibrant city of Austin.
