The MAIN HOUSE:

▪ Open-concept living/dining/kitchen area has lots of space for eating, lounging, cooking, laughing, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV, and planning your Austin itinerary.

▪ Stained concrete floors, sleek modern furnishings, designer finishes, and unique art make this house a contemporary gem.

▪ In the galley-style kitchen, you’ll find all major appliances, cabinets fully stocked with culinary necessities, and tons of counter space for making a big meal.

THE STUDIO APARTMENT

▪ It features its own kitchen/dining area, and a studio living/bedroom area with a queen bed, sofa beds, a flat-screen TV and a full bath.

▪ Look out to the beautiful backyard pool as well.


BEDS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

Combined with beds and sofa beds can sleep up to 16 people. Everybody in your group will have a comfortable spot to crash. We have prepared plenty of beddings, sheets, pillows, blankets and towels for everybody. We also have separate pool towels.

There are 4 parking spots for your group.
(2 in front of the house on the street, two behind the house on the driveway)

- Super close to the Convention Center (SXSW) and downtown Rainey/6th St. Walk to E. 6th street & Saltillo District entertainment district (Hotel Vegas, Scoot Inn, the White Horse).

- The famous La BBQ and many hip restaurants and bars are all within two blocks from the house.

- Walk to the best breakfast taco place at Las Cazuelas, and grab your morning latte across the street at Flat Track Coffee.

- For sure also check out the nearby food truck parks, new food trucks are featured all the time, it's part of Austin's food culture.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the main house, apartment studio, backyard private pool and two patio areas. Guests will be provided with their unique access code for the digital locks.

Other details to note

Minimum age of primary renter: 25
No commercial parties/events
No smoking (Smoke outside is OK, but no cigarette butts on the ground)
No pets (unless certified service dog)

*No glassware on the pool patio. Kids under 14 need to be supervised by an adult when using the pool.

*No excessive noise or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

*Quiet hours from 10:30pm to 7am - Strictly enforced
