Step into this private back yard oasis with a container home and full kitchen. Just minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, this tiny home has everything you need a lovely stay. Cozy up in one bedroom container cottage. The suite has everything you need for your Austin stay. You may never leave!! The kitchen, stocked with everything for a meal is also a lovely place for working from home.

The deck connects the container home (bedroom and bathroom) and a kitchen cottage, which is stocked for full meals. Guests should have all the amenities: towels, iron, hair dryer, soaps!

What is the parking situation?
There is a front house. Please park on the street. You will see the LOVE sign on the gate. It is best to park in front of that gate - on the street.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There is a sidewalk back to the house. The platform in front of the studio is rocky. The studio itself is small.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 1 dogs with a 50.00 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats.

Service vs Emotional Support
Service dogs have received specialized training to perform a specific task or tasks for an individual with a disability are considered service animals. Please provide the documentation and the pet fee is waived. Emotional support animals are important as well, but they will be charged the pet fee.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues.

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We can arrange up to a two hour early check in or late check out. The fee is $20/hour through Vnmo (@PB-Austin)

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
