THE LIMO

Distance and location no longer matter when all your transportation needs is provided in the Cadillac Escalade Stretch Limousine where time just fades and before you know it your at your drop off spot. Limos have large bars in them for refreshments and ice and the distance is bridged to any location you want with the FREE included rides. Time and distance is a breeze when your enjoying your self in the limo.

Limo is available 9am to 3am with sufficient notice of multiple days

There is typically a 30 freeway miles radius limit on how far the limo can take you for the trips that's included in your reservation the include weekends of Friday night and Saturday night, Sometimes there is exceptions message us to confirm. For reservations that are on Weekdays the trips are limited to 20 miles. So downtown, City of Kyle, Buda, East and west Austin and north Austin is ALL INCLUDED. ANY TRIPS OUTSIDE THIS RADIUS MUST BE BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH THE LIMO COMPANY.

The limo fits 16 people and its More fun, faster than Uber w/ unforgettable memories, If your group is bigger please let us know as we will have to coordinate. (this must be inquired about before in advance to confirm) If your group is less than 5 people the limo reserves the right to not dispatch a limo.

Message your itinerary as soon as you have it even if it's just a basic idea with names of restaurants and cities and specially if you have more than one round trip per day helps guarantee it and make sure we accommodate it

The limo can take you to any of your locations that you are here for even if they are different than what is mentioned above

The limo service runs through us here and we coordinate it for you. You simply send us your trips details after you make your reservation here on VRBO chat and the limo company upon arrival will text you that they are there.

Send us the trip details for your included free limo NO LATER than 1 week before to accommodate the timing requested, you may send us basic plan details when you first make your VRBO reservation and the final plan up to 4 days before. Simply let us know the times and where to where. Failure to send it by the 4 days deadline is OKAY however you might have to be flexible on the timing and in rare occasions the request might not be doable if the limo company is fully booked

For those not needing any transportation you may still book this place and receive a small discount. However the discount is not that drastic and it always ends up costing more when you pay for external transportation service, unless you have your own transportation and or have a specific reason the option does indeed exist

What's BAD is getting the entire list very few days before, this might cause delay and may not be accommodatable

Limo is designed to transport your whole group or the bulk of it not so much for individual transportation.

This is a massive size house

Its over 4000 square feet big and is sitting on 2 acres with a huge front yard, huge back yard, and a secondary back yard also

The house has 6 bedrooms of which 3 are downstairs and 3 are upstairs. 1 bathroom is upstairs and 3 bathrooms are downstairs

Room 1: Two queen beds (2 beds total, sleeps 4)

Room 2: Two queen beds (2 beds total, sleeps 4)

Room 3: Two queen beds (2 beds total, sleeps 4)

Room 4: Two queen beds (2 beds total, sleeps 4)

Room 5: Two queen beds (2 beds total, sleeps 4)

Room 6: Two queen beds (2 beds total, sleeps 4)

Total queen beds in the rooms is 12 sleeping 24 plus what's below

Loft upstairs has 5 floor mattresses ( real mattresses NOT air mattresses) that are full size each, (3 mattresses sleeps 6) you may place them anywhere you like for your additional sleeping arrangement

Total floor mattresses sleep is 10

Also 3 couches sleep about 3 people

LARGE WEDDINGS AND EVENTS AND BIRTHDAYS ETC ETC

This house may be used to host large weddings or events for up to 200 people max

For each person above and beyond what's allowed (26) There is a $35 charge per person. This charge is more important for you than it is for us. It is used to have the septic system pumper PRIOR to your stay to make sure you have an uninterrupted event. The septic system is whats used for water/bathrooms in such large houses and is designed to handle a specific amount of people and thus when there is additional people this must be done in advance. Failing to inform us and pay for the additional persons will cause you other wise to have clogged bathrooms and water backing out and will ruin your entire stay and event of which also you will be still responsible for the payment and an additional penalty for having to rush out the company due to your failure of disclosure of how many persons are attending. You may update us up to a day prior to your event to make it happen

We do NOT charge a cleaning fee thus please assist in keeping the place as clean as possible upon your check out. Thank you so much

Pets are allowed however have a pet fee of $300

Since we allow large groups in the house and to help you stay cool in the extreme Texan summers we have portable air conditioners placed in many parts of the house to help cool down and give personalized and individualized ac control in some of the rooms for those desiring different temperature than the others. This is on top of the central AC
