Bedroom 3:
This inviting bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and stylish furnishings, providing a relaxing and comfortable space for rest after a day of exploring.

Bedroom 4:
Perfect for kids or friends, this bedroom features two twin beds (a daybed with trundle) and a smart TV, offering both flexibility and entertainment for guests of all ages. It shares a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with a shower/tub with Bedroom 3.

*For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties, events or more guests that the reservation states without prior approval.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM, which means no guests are allowed outside after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there, but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term—and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.

Pet Fee is $100 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations.

Important: Guests do NOT have access to Apache Shores HOA amenities, including the boat ramp, community hall, pool, or sports courts (tennis and basketball). However, Mary Quinlan Park is a close drive and provides a public boat ramp.
