This fully renovated bungalow is yours! The sweet front porch is all yours. The place is very private. There is a unit in the back, but it has an alley entrance and has its own entrance in the back

Is the yard fenced?
No, the yard is not fenced.

Is noise an issue?
The house is a duplex with one unit in front and the other entrance in back. It is very separate, but the unit does share a wall with the back unit.

What is the parking situation?
There is plenty of parking for a car or two in front of the house on the street.

There are several steps up to the house, but the house is one level.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Is a Pack n Play Available?
If you let us know ahead of time, we can have a pack n play and/or high chair at the house for you.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host, but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 2 dogs with a 50.00 pet fee. Pups cannot be left unattended in the house.

Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
