This guesthouse is in the Brentwood neighborhood, which is one of Austin`s coolest most central spots. The neighborhood was built in the 50`s and 60`s with most of the houses freshly remodeled, so it`s eclectic and unique (like Austin!) There is a gigantic city park about a 10 minute walk away alongside a cute grocery store, ice cream shop, and old school deli. Brentwood is slightly north of downtown and within a 10 minute drive, you can get to just about any interesting Austin spot you`d like.

The neighborhood is super central and one of Austin`s favorite neighborhoods. Parking is easy, as there is a driveway a few steps from the unit, where you can park. There is a convenience store two properties over where you can grab some drinks or snacks. Across the street is Bird Bird Biscuit, a sweet breakfast spot and a cute coffee shop Brentwood Social House is just two blocks away.
