The Space:

This is a private two story home set behind a gated driveway, with five of the seven bedrooms and three of the four bathrooms on the First Floor. The entire home and the backyard are exclusively yours, with open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas connecting the gathering spaces and the backyard reachable through the back door of the living area.

ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT



There is a small step from the walkway up to the entry of the home. Inside, 19 steps connect the First Floor to the Second Floor. All staircases have hand rails. The backyard is reached through the back door of the living area. There is no dedicated wheelchair access in the home.

Guest Access:

The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. The entire home, the backyard, the pool, and the hot tub are private to your group. When arriving, if the gate is closed you will need to idle at the gate, roll the gate open, then pull into the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Our home sits in Montopolis, a quiet and diverse neighborhood southeast of downtown Austin, just across Lady Bird Lake. The area is close to green space, including Roy G. Guerrero Colorado River Metro Park with its riverside trails, the Colorado River Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Riverside Golf Course. Downtown Austin is a drive northwest, putting the city's restaurants, music venues, and attractions within easy reach by car. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around from here, as most errands in the immediate area require driving. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is close by, which makes arrivals and departures simple. Downtown Austin, Rainey Street, and the Sixth Street entertainment district are all a drive northwest. Four private off street parking spaces are available on site behind a gated driveway, with free street parking in the neighborhood for larger groups.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS 

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

–Pets are not allowed at this property. 

–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our local team is available to assist.
