We want to make sure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take note of the following important details:



📌 Security Deposit

A $300 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.

This will be fully refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations.

Check-in instructions are released once the deposit is completed.



🚗 Parking Reminder:

• Please park toward the left side of the property.

• Do not block the neighbor’s driveway to avoid towing.



🐾 Pets:



✔️ Maximum of 2 pets allowed

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ Stays under 7 days: $50 pet fee per stay

✔️ Stays 7+ days: $50 pet fee per stay

✔️ Monthly or long-term stays: $100 pet fee per stay



Pet Rules:



✔️ Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the unit

✔️ Do not leave pets unattended inside the unit unless crated

✔️ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

✔️ Please clean up after your pet (indoors and outdoors)

✔️ Excessive noise, barking, or disturbances must be avoided

✔️ Any damage, odors, or extra cleaning caused by pets will result in additional charges

🚭 Smoking Policy:

• No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, hookah, and cannabis) inside the property. A fine will apply if violated.



🚨 Violation Policy:

• $300 Fine for Tampering with Devices: Any tampering with locks, smart devices, or building systems will incur a $300 fine.



🗑 Trash & Recycling:

• Kitchen and outdoor bins are provided.

• Trash pickup: Fridays weekly.

• Recycling pickup: Every other Friday.



🛟 Safety Features

• Exterior Ring cameras are present (front door, driveway, backyard).

• Smoke alarms in the kitchen, CO alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all available for your safety.

• No interior cameras.

• Check-in: 4 PM (early check-in may be available with prior approval).

• Check-out: 10 AM (late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee).
