Walk to East Austin restaurants + pets welcome

This is a brand new construction that just completed in 2022. The house can comfortably fit a family or a group of friends. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds), 2 full bathrooms (1 shower and 1 tub) and a full kitchen. The rooms are equipped with brand new memory foam mattresses, soft sheets, and black out curtains. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, and coffee will all be provided.

The location is unbeatable. We are mins away from the best Texas BBQ and tacos in Austin; multiple cafes/bars nearby to grab your morning coffee, a drink for happy hour, or late night snacks; and a hike and bike trail by the lake for your morning run. We are about a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown and Austin Convention Center. Check out our guidebook for all our recommendations!

Great place and location. Short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Very clean except for oven and dirty pan in oven with meat. Doggy mess in yard and walkway. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

The property offers a clean, minimalist, spacious, and convenient environment. The host provides exceptional service, ensuring an easy and accommodating experience. Specifically, the host was able to accommodate a last-minute request for an additional night due to a scheduling error. The property is well-suited for guests with small dogs. While the host has one or two dogs that may occasionally bark, they are generally unobtrusive. The host is also extremely respectful of privacy and boundaries. The private entrance to the back house faces the alley, with a convenient parking spot available for easy loading and unloading and i parked my second vehicle on the street. During my stay, I enjoyed exploring east downtown on an e-bike I purchased while there, with easy access to Cesar Chavez and 6th Street. The location is highly walkable and bikeable, with Whole Foods and Target approximately seven blocks away and a convenience store within a block or two. The only thing that would have taken it from a 10 to a 10.1 would have been if there was a TV in the master. My mini goldendoodle also thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I would gladly return if welcomed, and I am mindful of maintaining a respectful presence, particularly given my work-from-home status and somewhat unconventional hours.

Easy, clean, and great location

My good friend and I stayed here for spring break to explore Austin. This property was the perfect place for us being so close to some great food and bars. We were at ease staying here - very clean and felt safe!

East Cesar Chavez - fun neighborhood

We - 4 adults- had a great stay. Check in instructions were clear and precise. Place was spotless. Quiet. We walked to Lady Bird Lake. And the restaurants, coffee shops and food carts around East Cesar were so fun. Only 20 minutes to airport. Location was perfect for our stay. Would stay there again.

I selected this place because of the great reviews. It did not disappoint! It was clean, comfortable, modern, with plenty of space for 4 people. It had everything you need for a weekend stay. It’s very close to downtown but just far enough to not feel the city traffic and noises. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, beautiful unit

Incredible unit, very clean, beautifully done. Both bathrooms are excellent. Location is supreme, easy access to public transport, Uber/lyft always a few mins away, and walking distance to several great bars and restaurants. Walking distance to incredible barbecue. Top tier spot.

Everything listing says and more!!!

This property was so wonderful that we would have been happy to just stay there and not even go out the doors to visit Austin!! All the necessities were there including comfort in everything but especially we loved the Zen vibe of simplicity and absolute tastefulness in the design of the dwelling and the furnishings! The location was such a hip area for us and our 30 year old daughter but literally just a couple of minutes to downtown and South Congress St! She loved the ability to leave the dwelling and run the trails a few blocks away at the lake! If anyone is looking for a dwelling for 3 or 4 people in Austin, stop looking and book this sanctuary!! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect!

We had such a great stay. Photos don’t do the home justice. It was so much larger than we thought. It was in a very quiet neighborhood close to tons of fun bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, relaxing, and superb location.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable and relaxing. We took our 18 month old with us and it is very kid friendly. Also, great location if your looking to hang on the east side.
