The Space:

The space is designed to feel easy, open, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Inside, you’ll find a bright, thoughtfully updated layout with modern finishes and plenty of room to relax, work, or gather. Each area flows naturally into the next, making it ideal for both quiet stays and group trips.



The real highlight is the backyard. Step outside to multiple seating areas, a cozy fire pit lounge, and a spacious dining setup under warm string lights. It’s a private, fully fenced space that gives you room to unwind, entertain, or simply enjoy a slower pace.



Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, the space is set up to feel both functional and inviting, with a balance of indoor comfort and outdoor living that makes it stand out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home and private backyard, including the outdoor seating areas, pool and fitness area. You’ll also have access to two electric bikes during your stay (please let us know if you would like to use these so we can provide access information). Entry is simple with a smart lock, so you can check in at your convenience and come and go with ease



The Neighborhood:

Located right on the Georgetown Square, you’re steps away from everything that makes this area special. Walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and some of the best spots in town without ever needing to get in the car.



The Square is known for its charm, historic character, and vibrant local scene, whether it’s a morning coffee run, weekend shopping, or grabbing dinner just around the corner. Despite being in the heart of it all, the home still offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day out.



It’s the perfect mix of walkability, convenience, and that classic Georgetown atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this location. Being right on the Georgetown Square, you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and local attractions in just minutes. For a more fun way to explore, two electric bikes are available for guest use. If you would like to use the bikes, please reach out to use so we can provide access.

If you’re heading further out, a quick drive or ride share makes it easy to reach nearby areas, including Austin



Other Things to Note:

Pool and Spa - please let us know a head of time if you would like the pool or Spa heated as it takes some time to warm up

There are instructional videos on how to use the sauna and cold plunge but please reach out if you have any questions

We won't see you in person but we're available on the app or via text with anything you may need during your stay.
