The whole house, front and backyard, is yours! The garage and carport are unavailable, but there is space for 4 cars to park on the property and free street parking. Guests often mention that it is more spacious than the pictures depict.

It`s a spacious place in the perfect Austin location. Including all the amenities you would want:
- 3 bedrooms king/queen/twin bunk
- Central AC and Heat
- The living room has a lot of areas to hang out and enjoy the 65` TV
- 1 full bathroom with tub and shower combo, 1 full bathroom with a walk in shower and a half bathroom

- You will have access to the house with a key pad

You will have full access to the home and yard. The key pad makes coming and going easy. We are close if there are any issues, but will give you complete privacy.

We are local and available to interact with guests as much as they prefer.

Situated in Austin`s East side yet close to HWY 35 with many walkable options.
