”I wanted to love this hotel, but the experience didn't come close to justifying the price. The rooms are extremely small, and having a Murphy bed means there's barely any usable space beyond sleeping. For boutique hotel rates, the accommodations felt cramped and underwhelming. The walls are also incredibly thin. Despite quiet hours being posted throughout the property, they don't seem to be enforced. You can easily hear neighboring conversations and, unfortunately, even hear toilets being used...

”Everything was fantastic! We love coming here. However, this time around the service was very slow and we had to keep reminding the staff that we ordered. Also, we had to send drinks back multiple times because they didn’t taste right or were flat out wrong. Other than that this place is incredible and we will continue to stay here.”

”This was a much cheaper option than staying at the Shore. I stayed here so I could walk to a Springsteen performance. The front desk staff were quite helpful, but otherwise the place was kind of sad. Breakfast was weak coffee, dried up scrambled eggs, and one type of sweet roll. It is fine if you don’t want to pay for other options. But if you have other options in same price range, consider them.”

”This is a nice hotel, but it is over 100 years old. Don't expect it to look modern. That's part of the charm. The rooms are huge, with high ceilings. The food in the restaurants is great, especially the home made pizzas. There's a nice well stocked bar too. It was a nice play to stay. I really only have one complaint: They charged $90 for the parking, which is ridiculous. There is parking locally for far less, if I had known how bad they would gouge me, I would never have paid that.”

”The Room was Clean But there was A Cigarette smell in the room that didn't go away even though it is a smoke free place other then that it was clean pool was fun & well maintained the only thing was the smell of the cigarettes staff was very Helpful & let us check in early”

”A beautiful Victorian Villa. Very small room - enough for 1-2 nights. Nice roof Terrace! Good breakfast and a central location. Friendly Staff.”

”Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Kitchen cabinets and furniture could use an update. Breakfast was fair (nothing compared to the Hampton Inn's breakfasts). Overall, a nice place to stay close to Long Branch beach.”

”I am not a mean spirited person nor am I fussy. But I travel all the time and I grew up in Ocean Grove and my night at The Quaker Inn off season even was not good. For $300 my friend and I got a tiny room with two single beds, no view. When I asked for an upgrade, I got a lame excuse even though the place was empty. There was no hot water for the morning shower; no nice amenities like good soap or shampoos. Thin towels, a cheap blanket. No breakfast. One of those terrible capsule coffee...

”Lovely Victorian home with beautiful amenities, friendly staff and delicious home breakfasts. Care is put into every detail. Location is excellent, close to beach and town. Boardwalk is couple of blocks away and takes you straight into Asbury Park. A beautiful, beautiful escape.”

”Convenient to Red Bank NJ, 50 min to ERW, access to NJ transit station Red Bank to NYC or ferry service. Continental Breakfast available, bar service in PM. Very clean property, no overnight parking fee.”

”Booked a room almost a month ago with a king ,got there and was told no kings available, offered breakfast was pathetic and had to pay for, with many hotels in the area with better room prices and free breakfast , the room itself wasnt bad but seemed very tight, TV had issues as well, I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate”

”This charming inn is located right by the beach in a lovely seaside town. The owners and staff are very friendly. Our room and bathroom were clean, air-conditioned and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and farely varied. This inn as well as the whole city is very peaceful - something to take into account when planning your vacation. Also note that parking is by the streets so it might be a bit tricky to find a spot sometimes during the high season.”
