”Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded...

”The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. ”

”Great hotel, services, breakfast and an awesome concierge that helped us book a driver once our original tour was cancelled a bight before our tour.
The driver was so helpful and took us all the way to Moalboal in a private tour.”
”This is not a hotel. I loved it for that. This is an incredible experience, super spacious and comfortable apartment. Well maintained and close to shopping options ant transportation. We will definitely book here again.”

I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu.

”Poikamme kaatoi huoneen kokolattiamatoille vahingoissa vesipullon. Otimme hotellin kylpypyyhkeen ja rupesimme kuivaamaan. Valkoinen pyyhe muuttui samantien tummanruskeaksi liasta. Iljetti kävellä matolla tuon jälkeen. Pidimme kenkiä jalassa huonessa ollessamme. Suihkuhuonessa käsienpesuallas tukossa. Suihkusta tulee ruskeaa vettä.”

”We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.”
