”Though the building is a little older and could use some improvements, the staff were so accommodating and so kind. They go out of their way to help you. The hotel restaurant had great food and the onsen was really nice. The futons could be a little nicer, but weren’t uncomfortable. Good location too”

”This is our second stay at this ryokan and onsen. We booked a tatami room for 5 people and it was a comfortable stay, though a bit cramped. If you want a private onsen, get there early because they were all booked by the time we arrived for check-in at 3pm. We did manage to book the private onsen for early the next morning. The public onsens were also very relaxing and easy to use. The kaiseki meals were amazing and they gave us a private room for dining. It's about a 10 minute walk from the...

”The hotel is in need of renovation. The location is however lovely and there is a cosy atmosphere nevertheless. I don't however think I would choose this hotel again. The reception guy tried to enter my room in the middle of the night to deliver a message when I was sleeping, luckily I had the door locked from the inside.”

”Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful.
Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber.
Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience”

”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”
