”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

”The whole ryokan experience was great with only 2 things that needs to be improved. First being the in-room dinner service: the staff didn't mention that meal was being served as courses and we thought the initial portion served was the entire thing. The rice was missing so I had to check with the reception on this. It was confusing on both ends as receptionist mentioned that the staff would have informed us that dinner is served 3 courses but we were not aware.
Food was great and delicious but...

”The best thing is the spectacular view of Mount Fuji from the room balcony complete with a small fireplace. Staff Service is excellent. Glamping activities provided some complementary some with fees. There is no breakfast included for my stay. But the breakfasts and dinners we had were very good. Can be pricey but safe the hassle of looking for food. To really enjoy the stay I would suggest signing up for some of the activities provided. Property is tucked away on the hill. If you plan to move...

”The hotel is in need of renovation. The location is however lovely and there is a cosy atmosphere nevertheless. I don't however think I would choose this hotel again. The reception guy tried to enter my room in the middle of the night to deliver a message when I was sleeping, luckily I had the door locked from the inside.”

”We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station....
