”It was perfect!”

”The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see...

”This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Although they say the hotel was built on only 2025, you could hear the people in the room next to you as if they were inside your room causing ruckus all night. Even cars outside sound like they’re directly in your room. Then when the people in the room next to me finally did go to sleep not only could tou hear him snoring as if you’re in bed with this person, you could actually feel the vibration of the snoring. So needless to say no sleep...

”It was overall a great weekend with no glitches except our room key needed reprogramming once which the front desk attendant did efficiently and with a friendly countenance. Breakfast had good variety.”
