Only hitch was due to my map reading skills- while Expedia claimed it was 19 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park it was actually an hour drive away! ”Room dirty from prior users. Told somone had used code to sneak into room for free night. I asked for code to be updated, and owner refused. I didn't feel my belongings were safe when I left for the day. Room was "cleaned" before I moved in for the weekend.
