âWe loved our stay at Kin Hotel. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city sights, getting on the hop on hop off bus at the Opera House but easy walking distance to a lot of the sights too.
It was great to get back and cool off at the roof top bar and pool, and the staff here were extra friendly. Great vibes. â

âMy guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund.
